Excellent Profile in the Business Sector

Graham writes......The busy business cycle at the end of March this year has given Recognition and its clients a great profile in the business sector.

In the space of just five days I attended the Business Insider Growth Accelerator breakfast where I was on the panel to talk about the way Recognition was established. Later that day Recognition sponsored the Annual pre-conference reception for NOF Energy, meeting hundreds of leaders in the UK energy chain supply sector.

Later in the week our clients won awards at the Tees Valley Business Awards - Nortech, Oydessy Systems and Heritage Healthcare were all winners or runners up and I was delighted to attend as a guest of Bryan Bunn at Nortech.

Then came the day of The Budget and I was thrilled to host the TVU Budget Live! event. The panel included David Smith, influential Economics Editor of the Sunday Times. I took the opportunity to drive him around the North East when he saw, for the first time, the huge scale of the industrial landscape including Wilton complex, the Redcar steel works and Nissan. The resulting mention for the region in his column was really good.

Finally Recognition sponsored the IOD Annual Dinner. The keynote speaker was Sir Clive Woodward who gave a magnificent speech about what makes a champion and how effective business techniques can be applied to sport.

Recognition is a growing PR firm and, despite being over 20 years old, is taking its rightful place as an organisation respected in the region's business sector.
