The social housing sector is a critical part of our economy and part of everyday life in countless communities around the UK. Recognition is proud to act for some of the most important businesses in the social housing sector in the North of England. As a result we are seeing our clients regularly featured in the industry bible 'Inside Housing'.

The edition on 7 June 2013 featured several items about our clients Fabrick Housing Group and Southdale.

Alison Thain, Chief Executive of Fabrick had some interesting things to say about public spending on her Inside Housing blog. Meanwhile, her company secured the services of the respected former public servant Sir Martin Nary as a non-executive director resulting in a feature length interview and profile.

The building company Southdale has been active in the construction of social housing for 25 years this year. The Managing Director, Paul Moore, decided to celebrate by tackling the Three Peaks Challenge in Yorkshire and rising money for charity (at the expense of sore feet!). The trade press covered his terrific effort and used this great picture.
