RESIDENTS PRAISE HOUSING HARTLEPOOL'S 24-HOUR REPAIR LINE
Tenants of Housing Hartlepool are reaping the benefits of a 24-hour repair line that has improved the speed and efficiency of the maintenance service to its 7,000 households.
The repair line has been delivered to residents in partnership with Northgate Information Solutions, a leading provider of information technology and managed services solutions. Tenants can use the 24-hour repair line to report any faults and trigger the repairs service.
The service has gained the praise of residents, several of whom have phoned to congratulate the company. One resident rang to compliment the new repairs service, saying she was offered an appointment and knew when the gas fitter was calling. She called it “a splendid, efficient service”.
Catherine Purdy, Chief Executive of Housing Hartlepool, said: “As Hartlepool’s largest registered social landlord, with over 400 staff operating from four offices, we have benefited enormously from our relationship with Northgate, who have provided us with comprehensive ICT management and support.
