David Land, trustee of the North East STEM Foundation and experienced engineering specialist who was instrumental in setting up the first University Technical College, appears on BBC Radio Newcastle to discuss the Prime Minister's plan to reduce the number of students going on to university to study "low quality" courses, which do not have "good outcomes".
