Ahead of International Women's Day and the most recent NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) figures, Tania Cooper MBE, MD of Steel Benders and trustee of the North East STEM Foundation, spoke to BBC Tees about attracting more women into careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM), and was joined by apprentice site manager Rylie Sweeney from Wilmott Dixon.
