DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH

• Take A1 North
• Where A1 splits (1 mile after Scotch Corner),take A66 (M) signposted to Darlington
• Follow signs for Darlington - straight over first roundabout
• To roundabout with Reg Vardy car dealership on rhs
• Take third exit onto ring road
• Follow ringroad signposted Teesside, go over first roundabout
• Go straight on at roundabout where the Darlington football stadium is, still on ringroad
• At next roundabout with Morrisons, turn left, signposted town centre.
• Go over mini roundabout (Morrisons is on rhs, Business Park is on lhs)
• At next mini roundabout, turn right into McMullen Road
• Drive down McMullen Road for 1/2 mile, turn right into Lingfield Point.
• Drive through security gatehouse
• To large town hall like building on left hand side/
• Park in visitors parking
