CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Recognition likes to consider itself as an extension of the client’s
own business. We act as support to in-house teams and work closely
with incumbent advertising agencies. Often the firm will offer
advice on general communication strategies for both internal and
external use. Importantly, our Recognition’s senior staff
and partners are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to handle
urgent media enquiries or crisis/reputation issues for the client.
