We are proud of our team of 15 staff, who all have something different to offer but who are professional in every way.

Recognition only employs those who have the ‘X Factor’, those who complement not only our own business but that of our clients too.  We are always looking for new talent and rarely have to advertise for new team members.  Each new employee (at any level) goes through a specific in-house training course before he/she is ‘let loose’ on our  precious clients!  Many of our team have been with us for a number of years and have developed their skills and personalities here at Recognition.
