NEW ZOOM STUDIO

A new Zoom studio facility has been created to facilitate some of the numerous mass meetings that are now taking place on Zoom. Our technicians can present your chairman, plus a guest speaker, in a professional studio based setting and enable a password protected meeting that many people can attend. Meetings can also be recorded.  

The people attending will see a TV style presentation, rather than backdrops of your home or office. It also has the ability to add logos, play films and deliver presentations. Using the various spotlight facilities our Zoom controller can also ensure the chairman stays in charge of the meeting. We were delighted that Cleveland Police were among the first users of the facility, when the Chief Constable held a community consultation meeting.

The facility is available for use for £200 plus VAT per three hour session. Book well in advance by calling 01325 363436.
