Massive well done to our super Sutton Coldfield fitness instructor Sophie who has absolutely smashed her latest power lifting competition and placed 1st! Sophie competed in the Warwick Barbell qualifier for the national finals in June.
Warwick Barbell is a society for those with a passion for lifting. It provides a supportive environment for female lifters who are completely integrated in the club.
Good luck Sophie, we’re all very proud of your achievements.
