Position Overview

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our fabrications continue to set industry benchmarks, enhancing our reputation for excellence and innovation.

The role involves

• Estimation Expertise: Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings, carry out material take offs, and estimate labour content
• Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure full project understanding
• Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost analysis, research, and benchmarking to deliver substantiated and detailed costings
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed and comprehensive quotations and proposals outlining cost breakdowns, timelines, and any potential risks or contingencies

Your Background

• Engineering apprenticeship or relevant qualifications
• Experience in fabrication estimation, preferably in such sectors as oil & gas, defence, or nuclear
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. AutoCAD skills an advantage
• Collaborative and self-motivated individual with strong analytical, mathematical, and detail-oriented skills
