Fulcrum celebrates and embraces National Customer Service Week
Fulcrum is celebrating National Customer Service Week, highlighting the dedication across the group, to deliver the highest standards of service to customers, clients and the public.
Established by the Institute of Customer Service, National Customer Service Week provides a platform to acknowledge the commitment, passion, and dedication that businesses put into delivering the highest level of service.
Throughout the week, Fulcrum is hosting a range of activities to highlight its unwavering commitment to customer service excellence. Activities included daily recognition of a ‘Customer Service Star’ within the Group, training on email etiquette and a customer service quiz.
Those who consistently go above and beyond to ensure customers have an exceptional experience will be rewarded with prizes such as gift vouchers and hampers.
