ROSEDENE AND MFC FOUNDATION PARTNERSHIP CONTINUES TO BE A ROARING SUCCESS

Rosedene Nurseries kicked off Roary’s Big Week with an afternoon of fun to celebrate the second year of its charity partnership with the MFC Foundation.
The football-themed afternoon event was held at the Herlingshaw Centre in Normanby, and families could get involved with games and a raffle, while finding out more about the Rosedene settings and the charity.
Children also had the opportunity to meet Middlesbrough Football Club’s beloved mascot, Roary the Lion.
Rosedene is a nursery group with 10 settings across Tees Valley and North Yorkshire which has achieved an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the regulator Ofsted for many of its childcare services.
The MFC Foundation uses the power and influence of Middlesbrough Football Club to deliver bespoke programmes providing opportunities to raise aspirations and improve the life chances of people across the local community.
Rosedene established its partnership with the MFC Foundation in 2020 and raised £205.75for the charity at the event this month.
Alice McCullagh, director at Rosedene, said: “We held a fantastic event to celebrate the renewal of our charity partnership with the MFC Foundation, which we have been supporting for the last two years.
“The MFC Foundation does some fantastic work for the local community and we’re proud to continue to support it.”
