Hamilton motor dealership colleague wins national award

Ainsleigh McMullen, who works at Macklin Motors Hamilton Ford, has won a national award for her excellent delivery of top-class customer service and experience.

She received the Vertu Masters Club Customer Service Award, which honours the Group's most attentive Sales Executive or Service Adviser, after being nominated by her dealership’s General Manager, Michael Clarke.

Michael commended Ainsleigh’s dedication to her role: "Ainsleigh has brought a level of commitment and focus that consistently delivers an outstanding level of customer service every day to customers of our dealership.

"This is reflected in the Ford Customer Service Index scores we have achieved since she joined the team - the dealership is currently in the upper quartile standing and has been for the last four rolling months.

"This is fundamentally down to Ashleigh’s commitment to delivering for customers and the heart she puts into it."

This year Vertu Motors plc, the Group to which the Macklin Motors brand is part of, has welcomed 26 new members into its Masters Club, which is a nationwide recognition programme that identifies and celebrates the achievements of high-performing colleagues across its 159 dealerships.

The winners were selected from nominations made by their colleagues and managers with a focus on professionalism, commitment, respect, passion and integrity, as well as performance-based league tables.
