Lowestoft member competes in first powerlifting competition

Congratulations to Ben Walker, a member at our Lowestoft health club who recently competed in his first ever powerlifting competition.
Ben was lifter of the day – pound for pound – after lifting an amazing total of 770kg.
Well done Ben we look forward to cheering you on in your next competition.
