One of our personal trainers at our Cookridge Hall health club has been training to compete in a body building competition.

Damon Solley competed on stage at the UK’s Natural Bodybuilding Association – Midland’s competition.

Getting into shape wasn’t an easy task but Damon’s hard work paid off. Even though he didn’t make the top three, he did an amazing job.

Damon is available at Bannatyne Health Club and Spa Cookridge Hall for personal training sessions for those who want to improve fitness, lose weight, and gain strength.
