Pilates instructor competes in first competition

Massive congratulations to freelance Pilates instructor Shannon who works at our Solihull health club.
For the past 20 weeks Shannon has been preparing to compete in her first figure competition.
With incredible amounts of discipline and hard work Shannon won the Physical Culture Association (PCA) Coventry Overall Figure Title.
Well done and congratulations Shannon on your success and achievement.
