Clive Owen LLP, chartered accountants and business advisers, has signed up as a ‘friend’ of the MFC Foundation.

MFC Foundation is the independent charitable arm of Middlesbrough FC, working across Teesside to raise aspirations and change lives for the better. It works with more than 35,000 disadvantaged people every year to help make Teesside a better place to live, learn, work and play.

Clive Owen LLP prides itself on being an active member of the local community. Since the Middlesbrough office opened in 2021 it has helped several good causes including Middlesbrough Foodbank with a drop - off point for colleagues to donate much-needed food items and supported the Teesside Erimus Man vs Fat football team.

The firm also encourages all employees to take one day’s paid leave every year to volunteer for good causes and the partnership with the MFC Foundation will help facilitate this.
