Flexitallic Australia is currently seeking an Applications Engineer who can deliver problem-solving solutions and great technical advice to existing and potential customers.

It’s a fantastic opportunity and involves travel within Australia and, on occasion, internationally.

You’ll be a key point of contact, providing technical specifications, design, advice, and training for both internal and external customers. In addition, you’ll ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Problem solving and answering customers’ technical queries
• Designing innovative sealing solutions
• Ensuring correct materials and procedures are applied in the manufacturing process
• Visiting customer sites and supporting sales managers
• Attending trade shows and conferences

As an Applications Engineer, you'll strengthen the relationships with existing and potential customers to further grow the business

The ideal applicant will possess:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for innovation
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High standard of computer skills with knowledge of Auto-Cad a plus.
