Fulcrum has bolstered its sales team and expanded its support for SME customers with an enhanced multi-utility infrastructure service built especially for small-scale residential and commercial property developments.

Through its dedicated SME Sales Development Team, Fulcrum specialises in delivering multi-utility solutions for customers, and works collaboratively with developers of small and bespoke property schemes and businesses requiring electricity, water, and gas connections.

With combined multi-utility industry experience of more than 40 years, the SME Sales Development Team has been created to provide multi-utility solutions for smaller developments across the whole of mainland UK whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service.

As a result, the team assists developers of smaller schemes by ensuring they take advantage of the utility infrastructure cost and time savings that larger developments have traditionally benefited from in the sector.

Support to the SME market has also been recently further enhanced, to enable developments of all sizes and scale to benefit from a turnkey utility solution. Fulcrum has done this by extending its complete multi-utility service to also include smaller, ‘micro’ developments of two-plot plus residential schemes.
