Maintech Power, the High Voltage (HV) installation and maintenance specialist, has announced the promotion of Ryan Bambury to business development manager, marking another step in the company’s ambitious growth plans across the UK.

Ryan, who began his journey with Maintech Power as an apprentice electrician, has more than a decade’s worth of experience of working at the company, amassing a wealth of experience and HV qualifications.

Also a qualified 11/33kV jointer, Ryan has swiftly progress at Maintech Power, most recently serving as a site manager, which has equipped him with a unique blend of technical knowledge and leaderships skills, making him the ideal candidate to help drive the company’s sales growth.

Maintech Power has built a solid reputation as a specialist in High Voltage (HV) installation and maintenance, a foundation that's now unlocking new business opportunities. In his new role, Ryan will expand the company’s footprint, focusing on developing relationships with new and existing clients.

Installing and maintaining essential High Voltage infrastructure for hundreds of networks and sites across the UK, Maintech Power has a fundamental role in the increasing electrification of the UK’s energy requirements and the increasing prevalence of renewable power generation and storage. The addition of Ryan's expertise to its business development activities is set to play a role in propelling Maintech Power further forward.

Focusing on its long-term growth, Maintech Power’s promotion of Ryan is also part of the company’s strategy of succession planning, which develops individuals like Ryan who have shown commitment to growing Maintech Power and motivating a new workforce of engineers for years to come.
