Hellens Residential is delivering 10 affordable homes for people to purchase on a Discount Market Sale basis. These are available to eligible households at a discounted price to the normal market price.

The properties include four one-bed bungalows starting at £136,500, three two-bed bungalows starting at £150,500, and three three-bed terraced houses at £248,500 each.

Built next to Allesborough Farm, the development is no more than a 15-minute walk away from the town centre with shops, schools, and leisure facilities, for all to enjoy. The development incorporates the historic farm characteristics and is surrounded by beautiful countryside with a great choice of excellent Ofsted-approved schools within the area.

With a view to helping people get on the housing ladder, the range of properties are available to locals who have a household income of less than £80,000 per annum and must not be able to purchase the property at the open market value.

An open viewing day will be held at the properties on Saturday 21^st October from 9am to 1pm.
