Oven valeting service Ovenu Bolton has been named the town’s Best Home Cleaning Service in the 2023 Quality Business Awards.

Owner Jonathan Fry said the accolade is a fitting way of marking his 20th anniversary in business and represents a hat trick of recent customer service awards – the others being a diamond award by client reviews platform Trustist and a Three Best Rated excellence award.

The Quality Business Awards acknowledge those businesses which consistently deliver a superior product or service and maintain a high standard of customer experience. It is presented to less than one per cent of UK businesses that have achieved an overall quality score of 95 per cent or more.

Ovenu Bolton has continued to go from strength to strength despite the cost of living increases as people look to save money by cooking more meals at home and investing in extending the lifespan of their appliance.

Jonathan, from Westhoughton, said: “To win this award in my 20^th year is a thrill and makes all the hard work worthwhile. Ultimately, it’s based upon the great ratings I receive from my clients, which is what makes this award so special.”

On leaving school, Jonathon worked in the motor trade, specialising in refurbishing and selling vans, but joined the Ovenu franchise network after getting married and needing to secure a reliable income. He was joined in 2016 by technician Steven Torrance, who has since built up his own loyal client base.
