RG reaffirms commitment to professional development with latest set of internal promotions

Ryecroft Glenton (RG), one of the North East’s leading business advisory firms, has demonstrated its commitment to employee personal and professional development with the promotion of seven members of its team.

RG, which has offices in Newcastle, Northumberland and North Tyneside, provides a range of advisory services including corporate finance, tax, accounts, audit and wealth management.

Three of the promotions have been made within RG’s audit service line. Tony Gilham, who has particular expertise in the infrastructure and renewables sector, has been promoted from audit senior manager to director.

Emily Callaghan joined the firm in 2012 and has been promoted from audit manager to audit senior manager. The third promotion in the audit team has been awarded to Daniel Wilkinson, who, having been with RG for two years, moves from audit senior to audit manager.

Stephanie Swan joined the RG personal tax service line six years ago and has been promoted from senior manager to director. Stephanie is a Chartered Tax Advisor and qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner and has a particular interest in advising trusts and estates.

Receiving a promotion alongside Stephanie in the personal tax service line is Kieran Taylor. With seven years’ experience at RG, Kieran has been promoted from senior to manager.

Rachel Johnsone joined RG in 2011 whilst on her university placement year and returned to the firm after graduating. She has since qualified as Chartered Accountant and is a now a core member of the Outsourced | FD team, which provides a complete outsourced finance function solution and board level advisory support for SME businesses. Rachel has been promoted from manager to senior manager.

Completing the promotions is corporate finance executive Adam Tindale, who qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with RG. His contribution to the firm has been recognised in his promotion to corporate finance manager.
