Gary, who lives at The Rowans, a five-bed residential care home in Tadworth, Surrey, recently enjoyed an unforgettable holiday at Butlins in Bognor Regis.

Gary, who will be turning 50 in December, was supported by staff members Faizal Serunjoi and Nathan Sseruyange, who ensured he had an incredible time during his stay.

The Rowans, part of Salutem Care and Education, provides compassionate support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours. With a focus on promoting a happy, active, and fulfilled lifestyle, the care home assists residents in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.

Gary has cherished memories of his childhood holidays at Butlins, making it the ideal destination for his adventure. During his stay, Gary indulged in his favourite activity, attending the teddy bear shows. His contagious laughter filled the air as he played in the arcade, took leisurely walks on the beach, explored the local shops, and enjoyed an exciting game of bowling.

Gary's journey over the past few years has been an inspiring one. Despite significant health issues that necessitated numerous hospital procedures, Gary's holiday experience was nothing short of a dream come true. It provided him with much-needed respite and an opportunity to create memories that will last a lifetime.
