Ann Holt, divisional director - adults, at Salutem Care and Education has had a day to remember after attending an exclusive afternoon tea event at the House of Lords.

Ann received the invitation after she was recognised with the prestigious Corporate Leader Award at the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care awards.

The Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care awards celebrate and acknowledge the outstanding achievements of women leaders in the social care sector.

Ann’s remarkable dedication, visionary leadership, and relentless commitment to driving positive change have earned her this well-deserved recognition.

The afternoon tea event at the House of Lords brought together a gathering of social care leaders, inspirational frontline staff, and their employers. These individuals represent a collective force of supporters, winners, and finalists from the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards. The event provided a forum to exchange ideas, celebrate success, and discuss ways to continue advancing the social care sector for the benefit of the individuals it serves.
