25/04/2024

Salutem Care and Education has been shortlisted in the 2024 Inspiring Workplaces Awards, recognising outstanding commitment to creating a PeopleFirst culture.

This accolade underscores Salutem's dedication to fostering an environment where culture, purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, employee voice, and experience are harmoniously integrated.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards challenges organisations to demonstrate their dedication across six critical elements believed to be the foundation of an inspiring workplace - culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, employee voice and employee experience.

John Godden, chief executive of Salutem Care and Education, shared his delight on this significant achievement: "Being shortlisted for the Inspiring Workplaces Awards is not just an honour; it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. Our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment is at the heart of what we do. We believe that a strong workplace culture not only enhances employee well-being but also drives our success in delivering exceptional care and education."

Matt Manners, founder of The Inspiring Workplaces Group, said: "The calibre of submissions this year has been truly remarkable. We are about to celebrate our 10th year anniversary and it’s been an amazing journey seeing how organisations are transforming their workplaces to become truly PeopleFirst. We are eagerly looking forward to honouring and commending the organisations that have distinguished themselves as Inspiring Workplaces.”

Salutem Care and Education continues to strive for excellence, aiming to set a benchmark for others in the sector by prioritising the well-being and inclusion of its staff and fostering an environment where everyone has a voice and can thrive.

The winners of the Inspiring Workplaces Awards will be announced in a ceremony at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on May 16 2024 that promises to bring together the best of the best from various industries, celebrating innovation and commitment to improving workplace culture.
