Salutem Care and Education is launching one of the first management graduate schemes by a social care operator.

The Salutem Management Graduate Scheme, a groundbreaking initiative is designed to nurture and develop the talents of emerging leaders in the social care sector. The programme represents a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain unparalleled insight into a diverse range of specialist areas within the social care industry.

It is an 18-month rotational programme that promises a structured, fast-track path to professional development. Participants will have the chance to engage directly with various aspects of the dynamic organisation. This includes working closely with both Operations and Support Services, providing an immersive experience in the intricacies of managing a leading social care provider.
