Customer excellence award for Bradford motor dealership

Vertu Kia Bradford is celebrating after being named as a top performing UK dealership, winning a Kia 2022 Customer Experience Award at the 2022 Kia Dealer Excellence Awards.

The award celebrates excellent customer experience and service throughout 2022, with sales, online reputation score and quick responses to customer queries all taken into account.

Adam Daykin, General Manager at Vertu Kia Bradford, said: “Putting customers at the forefront of everything we do is key to our success.

“Winning this award is a fantastic way to start the year and is thanks to the hard work of every colleague in the team, making sure all customers get a quality experience.
