Nottingham car dealership achieves prestigious EVA accreditation

05/01/2024

Bristol Street Motors Nottingham Renault and Dacia has successfully attained Electric Vehicle Approved (EVA) accreditation following a rigorous audit, reaffirming its commitment to excellence in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.

This prestigious recognition is a testament to the dealership's dedication to maintaining the highest standards in EV sales and servicing.

The EVA scheme, initiated by the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) and endorsed by the Government’s Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) and the Energy Saving Trust, aims to highlight retailers' proficiency in the burgeoning electric vehicle industry. The accreditation underscores a dealership's expertise in EV sales and servicing, ensuring consumers benefit from the highest industry standards.

"Our team at Bristol Street Motors Nottingham Renault and Dacia is delighted to receive the EVA accreditation. This achievement underscores our commitment to providing customers with exceptional service in the electric vehicle domain," said Robert Forrester, Chief Executive of Bristol Street Motors. "We are proud to be at the forefront of the EV revolution, offering expertise and quality service that our customers can trust."

Matt Reilly, General Manager of Bristol Street Motors Nottingham Renault and Dacia, added: "Achieving the EVA status is a significant milestone for us. It reflects our team's hard work and dedication to embracing the future. Our focus on delivering comprehensive EV knowledge and customer service aligns perfectly with the growing demand for electric vehicles in the UK."

The Energy Saving Trust conducts independent audits of dealerships to ensure compliance with stringent standards. These standards encompass various aspects, including the customer qualification process, colleague training, EV demonstration, handover processes, and the availability of dedicated EV service facilities and charging points.

Bristol Street Motors Nottingham Renault and Dacia's achievement in gaining the EVA accreditation is a clear indicator of its readiness and capability to meet the evolving needs of EV customers.
